Orders may be cancelled only before they are dispatched from our warehouse.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated.

To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with your order details.

If the cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
